This site allows you to see filed flightplans, preferred routes, applicable SIDS or STARS, recently planned routes by other pilots between the same departure and arrival airport and much more.
It even has what they call "Planned Route". This is the clearance you're likely to get from ATC, so you're not surprised when you get your actual clearance ! Great site. Requires registration but it's free.
